MLM Lead Automatic Responder

This is about boosting your MLM business with automatic responders.

If you aren’t familiar with autoresponders, you would probably find yourself amazed with them.  An automatic responder can help your MLM lead business by automatically emailing your prospects and customers with a preset message that will help build a relationship with them.

How will an Autoresponder boost your business?

With an autoresponder you can keep in touch with your MLM leads, send each one of them their own personalized email message, follow up each individual email with repeated emails, varying the content whenever you wish.  These programs will also allow you to keep track of conversations, and send out broadcast email messages whenever you wish to add value to your leads (webinar invites,  training material, tutorials, resources) or offer them new products.

Although there are some people who will buy products after one or two emails, most people require about seven  emails before they will purchase anything.  Autoresponders can really help you there, as they will do all of the emailing for you.  You don’t have to keep sending manual emails or anything like that.  All you need to do is set up the email address, type in your preset message, and then send it as many times as you like.

If you run an MLM or any network marketing business, this tool will prove to be invaluable.

I would recommend 3 major autoresponder services: Aweber, Icontact, and Get Response.

Some Tips To Use Autoresponders The Right Way:

- don’t use autoresponders to spam your prospects, as they will most probably unsubscribe in such a case. 2 to 3 emails per week is a good average.

- be careful with spam filters: words like free, money, special arouse suspicion and the corresponding email will probably end up in the spam folder of your prospect

- always make sure you use confirmed opt-in, this is a proof for you that the person has given you his permission to send him/her emails.

There are tens of thousands of people who start in the network marketing industry each month. If you are one of them, it is important for you to really understand what you should look for and what mistakes you should avoid.

When you get started with a network marketing company, there are several steps you must take in order to avoid the four most common mistakes people make in this industry. Let’s review the four main reasons why people fail so you can see what you are up against.

I would say that there are 4 main reasons for network marketing failure.

1. Getting involved in the wrong company:

Most people who want to use the same marketing system that I am using to build my business first tell me about the company they are involved in and ask me if I think they made the right choice. They are completely right, because they know that choosing the wrong company will highly jeopardize their chances of success.

What’s a wrong company? There are different variables here, but the main ones are the products, the management, the compensation plan, how many years the company has been in business and its financial strength.

There are companies who have strong, effective products but whose management is poor and finances are bad. They have a higher chance to go out of business. Some companies have a good financial strength, a good management, but the products are not competitive or effective, or the compensation plan is lousy, and the distributors will then go through a lot of struggles and most probably leave the company within the first one to two years.

Then, if a company is less than 5 years old, statistically the company is still at great risk of going out of business. On the contrary, if the company is over 25 years old and financially strong, the company should stay around but the momentum phase may be so advanced that the opportunity is not as great as it once was.

2. Having the wrong upline:

Even when distributors find a good company, it is nearly impossible for them to build a successful network marketing business without an upline offering weekly training and support. Without training and support, new distributors are left on their own and there is a 95% chance that they will fail.

3. Not having any system:

Most people I talk to are very excited about getting started. They don’t always realize that they will not make it on their own, though. And in this industry, even very determined individuals will usually fail within their first year if they don’t have a system that will save them money and effort and help them leverage time.

4. Not developing persistence and being committed:

Most people who want to start a network marketing business are actually looking for some kind of get-rich-quick scheme, and want to take the easy road. It’s hard to find people with the determination and persistence necessary to build any business. And lack of persistence is the number one reason for failure in MLM. Quitters don’t succeed. And without a strong commitment, even the best company, upline, or system will not be able to help you.

If you are persistent and ready to do what it takes, if you can find a good company, with a strong marketing system and a personal mentor, you will dramatically increase your chances of success in the network marketing industry.

Setting S.M.A.R.T. Business Goals

In my former company a big emphasis was put on setting business goals. Every executive and manager had to set goals on different levels such as department, team and individual level, and this was done following the S.M.A.R.T. method (more on this later).

When I started in the network marketing business I was very surprised to see that many people had no idea about goal setting and how to do it the right way. Most people do not really spend time setting and writing business goals. Most of the time people just say “my goal is to make money online”.

When you are working from home and especially when you are starting an internet business, whether on your own or as a distributor of a MLM or any network marketing company, it is critical to set goals properly. Why?

Because first, if you don’t set precise business goals you’re never going to achieve anything. And then, if you set your objectives the wrong way this will prevent you from designing a good plan to achieve those goals and without a good plan it is very difficult to be successful. This is true for any business.

Here is the method I was using with success in the corporate world and that I would recommend for any network marketing business: setting S.M.A.R.T. goals.

  • S. = Specific

Making money can definitely NOT be a goal, because it is not specific. A specific goal would be to buy a house in a particular area, to pay for your kid’s education, to travel to Europe, to provide for retirement, these are just some examples.

  • M. = Measurable

It must be possible to measure a goal, ie it should always be quantifiable. You might want to make $1,000, make 100 sales, generate 25 leads, sign up 50 people in your business, and so on.

  • A. = Attainable

Your goals have to be realistic so that you can achieve them. Being a newbie in the network marketing industry and setting a goal to make $10,000 your first month is definitely NOT realistic hence not attainable. A

nother example: generating 100 leads per day might not be achievable if you know that the top producer in your business generates 50.

  • R. = Relevant

The goals you set must be directly related to your business and must make sense.

It may be more difficult to find simple examples here, but let’s say that you are setting goals for a network marketing business with a particular company, and you set a goal of developing your own product; well this might be a great idea but is not relevant to your business.

  • T. = Time-bound

You will always achieve a goal within a time frame so never forget this element. Make $1,000 per week, generate 5 leads per day the first month, sign up 3 people per week, reach a six-figure income within a year, buy a house 2 years from now, and so on.

Once your goals are “S.M.A.R.T. proof”, you can safely move to the next step, which is build a solid business plan.

There are a lot of different systems on the market, so you need to know how to make a choice and what are the criteria you should look for. The purpose of the present post is to focus on doing a short review of 3 of the most well-known  attraction marketing systems, and help you in the process of making an informed decision.

  • Renegade Network Marketer by Ann Sieg

This network marketing system is about avoiding the common mistakes that network marketers make and that causes them to fail. It is about un-learning all the outdated methods such as cold calling or pitching your product or company to family and friends, and instead learning cutting-edge techniques and strategies top marketers are using to build their network marketing businesses. It is about positioning yourself in order to attract prospects to you.

The system offers a training program with a step-by-step blueprint that shows you how to setup a marketing pipeline that feeds you and your organization with a constant flow of qualified prospects.

The foundation of the system is a 143 page in-depth, how-to manual that details the exact formula Ann Sieg used to build her downline in her primary business and profit from multiple streams of income.

The system is based on the idea that there are 3 reasons why people achieve success: Technology, Systems, and Training ; and there are 3 steps that every top marketer are following to build their business: Lead Generation, Personal Branding, and a Self-funded proposal.

The core of the 7 Figure Networker system is marketing and lead generation, and the system enables you to build your own list of prospects, brand yourself, make money from multiple income streams, and establish interpersonal relationships within a community of networkers and MLM business owners.

7 Figure Networker is a built-in system you can plug into, and you will learn how to market online through video tutorials, as well as weekly trainings and masterminds.

All 3 systems are bringing a lot of value to the MLM and network marketing industry and enable network marketers to get massive results. They are similarly priced and all three give you the possibility of test driving them at a low cost or with a money back guarantee, so make sure you do, and give me your feedback!
